UNDRGRND
UNDRGRND is a yoga space in my home in north vancouver.
classes are grounded in breath and mindful movement. the intention is to support deeper connection to ourselves without pressure to perform.
we are often pulled or influenced in so many ways we can lose touch with our own inner voice. these classes are here to hold space and time for us all to listen to and come back to ourselves.
while people sign up for yoga, most return because this is a consistent place to practice coming back to themselves, with others, over time.
WHEN
classes are currently held as a 6wk series.
the style offered are for the classes are flow, slow flow and restorative.
classes suitable for all levels.
beginners may want to start with the slow flow on monday nights.
