UNDRGRND is a yoga space in my home in north vancouver.
classes are grounded in breath and mindful movement. the intention is to support deeper connection to ourselves, without pressure or performance.
while people sign up for yoga, most return because this is a consistent place to practice coming back to yourself, with others, over time.
WHEN
classes are currently held as a 6wk series.

the style for the classes are hatha flow. classes suitable for all levels. beginners might want to start with the slow flow on monday nights.
