Nadeen Boman is a fitness trainer with over 25 years of experience helping thousands of people create healthier, stronger lives. A former nutrition coach on reality TV's The Last 10 Pounds Bootcamp and Bulging Brides, Nadeen specializes in functional fitness and nutrition for life.
loretta roth
Loretta Roth is a seasoned makeup artist with over 30 years of experience in the beauty industry. She began her career with MAC Cosmetics in 1997, where she spent seven years and advanced to the role of Trainer, contributing to numerous Fashion Cares runway shows. Since transitioning to freelance, Loretta has worked with many of Vancouver’s top photographers and a wide range of private clients, specializing in weddings, special events, and personalized makeup lessons.
susanne mueller
Susanne Mueller is the founder of UNDRGRND, a home space dedicated to helping people slow down and reconnect with themselves. A yoga teacher, holistic nutritionist, and facilitator with over 20 years of experience, her path to this work began through her own experience with anxiety. Yoga helped her feel calmer, more grounded, and more at home in herself, inspiring a lifelong journey of exploring practices that support our relationship with ourselves. Through classes, workshops, and retreats, Susanne blends movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and reflection to help others return home to themselves.

Unlike large retreats, we intentionally limit each retreat to just 8 women. You'll enjoy personalized fitness coaching, relaxing yoga sessions, delicious meals, meaningful conversations, and plenty of downtime—all while staying in a beautiful Whistler home.

Absolutely! Many of our guests attend on their own. Our small group size makes it easy to get to know everyone, and you'll feel welcomed from the moment you arrive.

Of course! You're welcome to book your own room or share a room with one or more friends, depending on room availability.

Reserve your place with a $500 deposit or pay in full.
Payment can be made by e-transfer or cash. The remaining balance is due by September 1, 2026.

If you cancel before September 1, 2026, your deposit and any payments made will be fully refunded.
Cancellations made on or after September 1, 2026 are eligible for a 50% refund. You're also welcome to transfer your spot to someone else if you're unable to attend.

You're welcome to join us for as much of the retreat as your schedule allows. Please note that the retreat price remains the same.

Not at all! Every activity is completely optional. This is your retreat, so you can participate in as much or as little as you'd like.

Absolutely! No previous experience is necessary. Every workout and yoga session can be modified to suit beginners, experienced participants, and anyone with injuries or mobility concerns.

No problem! We can accommodate most allergies and dietary preferences. Simply let us know in advance, and we'll make sure you're well looked after throughout the weekend.

Wine will be available during our dinner out for those who choose to enjoy it. All other beverages provided at the retreat are non-alcoholic. Feel free to bring your own wine or alcoholic beverages.

Transportation to and from Whistler is not included. We encourage guests to carpool whenever possible and are happy to connect attendees who would like to share a ride.

Yes! Free guest parking is available just a short walk from the house. Carpooling is encouraged whenever possible.

Check-in is between 4:00 and 5:00 pm on Thursday, and check-out is at 11:00 am on Sunday.
