come home to yourself
constant experiences of overwhelm, anxiety, feeling lost or stuck are often signs that we have disconnected from our body’s natural intelligence. these flood of feelings aren’t problems, they are signals pointing towards our nervous system.
when we live in primarily in the mind - overthinking, analyzing, doubting, planning - we move out of sync with our natural rhythm and inner guidance. we lose touch with an inner flow and alignment that is built inside which helps to keep us regulated, grounded, calm and clear.
our body is always communicating with us. it offers constant feedback, information, and signals that help guide our choices, boundaries, and direction in life.
this work is a process of remembering that our body is a safe place to inhabit. that within us, we have access to wisdom, inspiration, creativity, and clarity - resources that our mind alone can not access or generate.
perhaps our body knows the way towards what we are seeking. when anxiety flares, when we’re facing a big decision or when we’re moving through a tough conversation, our body is giving us in-the-moment clues on how to proceed.
below is a guide to support you in this process.
